Calenta'o de Desayuno

  Este plato es el típico calenta'o que me lleva a recordar de una manera deliciosa mi país, mis costumbres de las  que me siento 100% orgullosa de ser Colombiana. Las recetas de mis platos ya estan escritas, ya han pasado por el paladar de muchas personas, pero la diferencia es mi toque, mi sazón, eso que nace contigo, como la música y el futból. Esto que veras no es mas que parte de tu canasta familiar, donde descubrirás la magia de cocinar.  En mi tierra le decimos " El corrientazo."  Asi que te invito a descubrir la manera económica de hacer felíz a tu familia.

  Y si eres lo suficientemente detallista te daras cuenta que hay alguien que muestra satisfacción  y es mi mayor crítico a la hora de comer.  Lo veran reclinado  en su silla en algunas de las fotos.

This is one of those breakfast dishes called “calenta’o,” or reheated, that remind me so much of my beloved Colombia.  This dish is so typical of my culture, of which I am 100% proud.  Many of the dishes you see here have already been written down, and many people have tried them.  The difference, I believe, is my personal touch, my spice, that which is born inside you, like music, or soccer.  This is no more than your familiar basket of favorite dishes where you will find the magic of cooking.  In my country it’s called “el corrientazo,” literally translated as electric shock!  So I invite you to discover a most economical way of making your family happy.
